Artichoke stew with clams and acorn-fed ham

Ingredients (for 1 person)

10 clams, 2 artichokes, 6 slices of acorn-fed ham, water, flour, oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation

Clean the artichokes, leaving the heart without green leaves.

Cut the artichoke hearts into quarters.

Boil the artichokes and reserve in water.

In a saucepan, fry the ham with the oil and coat with the flour.

Add the artichoke water little by little without forming lumps.

Finish cooking the artichokes in the stew with the clams.

Serve.
