Our chef Jaume , a passionate artisanal pastry chef , has always delighted all lovers of artisanal nougat with a wide range of these sweets with the most original textures and flavors (gem, burnt coconut, white and black chocolate, jixona – chocolate, cherries in armagnac, coffee – cointreau, whiskey – pine nuts, wafers, truffles and champagne marc).
